Kullanım Şartları

Ecru Games oyunlarını oynayarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursun. Kısa tutuyoruz.
Hesap
- Hesap açmak ücretsizdir. Verdiğin e-posta adresinin sana ait olması gerekir.
- Hesabının güvenliğinden sen sorumlusun; şifreni paylaşma.
- Hesabını istediğin an oyun içinden silebilirsin (☰ → Hesabım → Hesabımı sil).
- 13 yaşından küçüksen bu oyunlar sana yönelik değil.
Sohbet kuralları
Sohbet (Ecru Hub) oyun konuşmak için var. Yasak olanlar:
- Küfür, hakaret, taciz, tehdit
- Din ve siyaset tartışması
- Cinsel içerik, şiddet içeriği, yasa dışı içerik
- Spam, reklam, dolandırıcılık girişimi
- Başkasının kişisel bilgisini paylaşmak
- Stüdyo, moderatör veya başka bir oyuncu gibi davranmak
Rahatsız eden bir mesaj görürsen: mesajın yanındaki bildir ile moderasyona iletebilir, engelle ile o kişinin mesajlarını ve sesini kendine tamamen kapatabilirsin. Bildirilen içeriğe bir insan bakar; kural ihlallerinde mesaj silinebilir, hesap susturulabilir veya yasaklanabilir.
Yazdığın mesajlar senindir; onları oyunlarımızda göstermemiz için bize izin vermiş olursun. Kural dışı içeriği kaldırma hakkımız saklıdır.
Oyun
- Oyunu bozmaya, hile yapmaya, sunucularımıza otomatik istek yağdırmaya çalışma.
- Oyun içi ilerleme ve para sanaldır; gerçek bir değeri yoktur, nakde çevrilemez.
- Oyunları geliştirmeye devam ediyoruz: dengeler, özellikler ve içerik değişebilir.
Sorumluluk
Oyunlar "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Elimizden geleni yapıyoruz ama hizmetin kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağını garanti edemeyiz. Kayıtlar sunucumuzda yedeklenir, yine de bir veri kaybından doğacak zarardan sorumlu tutulamayız.
Hesabın kapatılması
Bu şartların ciddi biçimde ihlali hâlinde hesabını askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz. Böyle bir durumda sebebini yazarız.
Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir.

By playing Ecru Games titles you accept these terms. We are keeping them short.
Account
- Accounts are free. The e-mail address you give has to be yours.
- You are responsible for your account's security; do not share your password.
- You can delete your account at any time from inside the game (☰ → My account → Delete my account).
- If you are under 13, these games are not for you.
Chat rules
Chat (Ecru Hub) is for talking about games. Not allowed:
- Abuse, insults, harassment, threats
- Religious and political argument
- Sexual content, violent content, illegal content
- Spam, advertising, attempts at fraud
- Sharing somebody else's personal information
- Impersonating the studio, a moderator or another player
If a message bothers you: use report next to it to send it to moderation, or block to shut that person's messages and voice out entirely. A human looks at reported content; breaking these rules can mean a deleted message, a muted account or a ban.
The messages you write are yours; you give us permission to display them in our games. We reserve the right to remove content that breaks these rules.
Playing
- Do not try to break the game, cheat, or flood our servers with automated requests.
- In-game progress and currency are virtual. They have no real-world value and cannot be cashed out.
- We keep developing these games: balance, features and content can change.
Liability
The games are provided "as is". We do our best, but we cannot guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or free of faults. Saves are kept on our server, but we cannot be held liable for loss arising from data loss.
Closing an account
We may suspend or close an account that seriously breaks these terms. If we do, we will say why.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
