For a useful bug report
Please include the game name, what you expected, what happened instead and—if possible—the level or in-game day. A screenshot is often the fastest way to identify an interface problem. Never include your password.
Response and privacy
Messages are read by a person, not fed into an automated support funnel. We use your email address only to answer the message and handle the request. Details are available in the Privacy Policy.
Press and partnerships
For screenshots, interviews, licensing or commercial enquiries, use the same address with a clear subject line. Ecru Games does not accept paid link placements, guest-post exchanges or offers to manufacture fake player activity.
